les indiennes
l'arbre indigo pillow

When Mary Mulcahy met Srinivas Pitchuka, a craftsman practicing the ancient art of kalamkari printing in southern India, Les Indiennes was born. Today, they employ over 50 families in the tiny Indian village, where the production process has remained true to its origins. Entirely handmade without electricity, the process involves mixing plant and earth-based dyes to print Mary's designs on 100% organic cotton—all the while leaving no environmental or social footprint. Made in India.
